Current Practices related to Quality Policy:
- The organization’s top management shall systematically establish, implement and maintain its Quality Policy.
- The Quality Policy is properly documented and displayed at the Head Office of Thilma Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. with the purpose of communicating it to its followers.
- The Quality Policy is reviewed in annual basis by the top management at the management meeting with the intention to continually improve the QMS.
